Become a Sponsor / Financial Aid Announcement

Taiwan is honored to hold the first IATC in Asia. Through our "Sponsor / Financial Aid" program, we hope to encourage broader participation and promote international exchange and development.

• Become a Sponsor: In addition to selecting your registration options, please select your desired sponsorship amount in the "Become a Sponsor" section. Your sponsorship will help support participants who would otherwise be unable to attend the 10th IATC due to financial constraints. We will offer the most discounted registration fee (NT$12,000) to participants in need of financial assistance, and your sponsorship will help them attend the conference at an even lower rate than NT$12,000.
• Apply for Financial Aid: We are thrilled to announce that the Diversity Participation Support Program is now open for applications! This program aims to support participants facing financial challenges, including students and non-profit workers, in attending the 10th IATC. Refund Policy:

• For cancellations made at least one month before the event starts (on or before May 27, 2025, UTC+8), 90% of the registration fee will be refunded, with a 10% processing fee deducted.
• For cancellations made at least two weeks before the event starts (on or before June 13, 2025, UTC+8), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations made at least one week before the event starts (on or before June 20, 2025, UTC+8), 35% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations within one week of the event (after June 20, 2025, UTC+8), no refund will be provided.
